According to new U.S. Census data:

- a bachelor's degree earns an average of $51,554
- a high school diploma earns $28,645
- a high school dropout earns $19,169

Question? Why do you, as students, want to come to school? Why do you not want to come to school? Do you understand the long term benefits of a high school diploma?

    U NEED TO COME TO SCHOOL SO THAT U WILL GET AN EDUCATION IN BE ABLE TO DO AN GET SOME WHERE IN LIFE AN NOT JUST BE SOME ONE DAT COULD BE EMPLOYED BUT INSTEAD UNEMPLOYED.

    i think i should come to school because i need my education to get where i want to go in life, then again sometimes i don't like coming because of the teachers they think they can do whatever they want to you just because they have the power. but sometimes its not even that serious to get in trouble over. and most the time the teachers don't even teach they just give you a worksheet and expect you to know how to do it.

    The reason i do go go to school is so that I can get a good education and get a good job when i get out of school.And the reason I don't want to come to school is b/c most of the classes are not interesting and most teacher talk most of the class period.Yes i understand b/c without a diploma you can't get a job.

    People might not want to come to school because they might not get along with others. Any other people might not like the classes they take that might be the only reason why.

    I want 2 come to school 2 see my friends and learn. I sometimes don't want 2 come to school because its boring and problems for students.Yes i do. It can get me a job and help to rise my family. It can help me make my life better.

    I think we should stay in school because it will help us in life on what we want to become, what we want, and how we rather live from others in the world. I would like to go to college and get my diploma and a job so i can take care of my self and others as well. Staying in school will help you in and with anything you need help with. No matter how hard it is and how lazy we all become we should still get up and try our best.

    we should stay in school because an diploma is more important than money a diploma leads to money and with out that there's no money so the best thing to do is stay in school and try to get an education. if that doesn't work then just try to do whats better for you
